The reserve or enquiry form is not monitored as an emergency service. If you have a dental emergency, severe pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma, breathing difficulty or another urgent medical concern, seek urgent professional help through appropriate local services, NHS 111, your dentist, or emergency services where needed.
5. Reserve form and enquiries
Submitting the reserve form expresses interest in being contacted by The Barn Dental. It does not guarantee registration, an appointment, treatment, availability, pricing or acceptance as a patient.
We may contact you using the details you provide. Please make sure your information is accurate and do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
6. Appointments, treatment and prices
Any dental examination, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms and consent requirements will be confirmed separately by the practice. Information on the website may change and should not be treated as a binding treatment offer unless expressly confirmed by the practice in writing.
